About the pilot program
This proposed Soccer Immersion Academy merges a rigorous academic curriculum with cutting-edge soccer development, inspired by European academies and integrated into U.S. private schools. This unique blend of education and elite training is set to transform American soccer. The program will feature standardized evaluations across 20 key metrics, including speed, agility, and skill. Using advanced technology for precise measurements, these evaluations offer coaches, schools, and players detailed performance insights based on both analytics and observation. Our philosophy is simple: what gets measured, gets managed.

Coaching
Our elite coaching team is led by experienced former MLS and international professional league players. They’ve developed a high-intensity training regimen and competitive schedule, specifically designed to prepare athletes for college and professional soccer. The program’s structured development focuses on maximizing player potential for higher-level play.
Recruitment and Next-Level Opportunities
Our network includes over 1,500 college coaches and recruiters from the NCAA, NAIA, USL, MLS, NJCAA, and NCCAA. Player videos, profiles, and performance evaluations will be shared within this network, creating a streamlined path for recruitment. Our established relationships with colleges and professional clubs ensure that standardized evaluations are recognized and utilized in the recruitment pipeline.
Location
We are currently interviewing private schools, with Union County, as the priority location.
Coaching Leadership
The program is directed by Coach Luke Williams, a former MLS player for the Chicago Fire and Colorado Rapids. Coach Williams, alongside other former professional players, will oversee player development and lead the training sessions.
Training Schedule
The training schedule is flexible and will be integrated with the school day. We are in discussions with the schools to utilize PE periods, electives, and after-school hours to accommodate student-athletes’ training needs.
School Year
The academic calendar runs from August 7th to May 21st, with soccer training embedded throughout the school year.
Training Methodology
Our methodology is tailored to each player’s position and development needs, with a strong emphasis on standardized performance analytics. This data-driven approach ensures each athlete’s progress is monitored and optimized.
League of Play
Our athletes will compete in High School Varsity Soccer. Players may continue with their club teams if desired, and we will support their development regardless of their club affiliation. We are developing a complimentary league for additional club options for those seeking further competitive opportunities.
Competition Season
The primary competitive season for High School Varsity Soccer will run from August to November for boys and March to May for girls.
Number of Games
Players can expect to participate in at least 15 games (possibly more), including both state and national tournaments.
Tournaments and Showcases
Details on tournaments and showcase opportunities will be announced.
College and Overseas Exposure
We facilitate exposure through standardized performance evaluations and video analysis, which are shared with over 1,500 college coaches nationwide. Additionally, we have direct connections with various colleges and clubs, further increasing the players’ visibility.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses
We are working to cover most expenses, including boots (depending on available sponsorships). Parents may be responsible for certain extra gear, and the school may charge a sports fee of $150-200.
What the Academy Provides
The academy aims to cover all major expenses, with no additional team fees. However, parents may be expected to provide certain extra gear.
Dual Enrollment
Yes, dual enrollment options are available for eligible students.
Eligibility for Boys and Girls
The academy is open to both boys and girls.
